Anyone who is going to apply for a pension will have to request the relevant forms from the SVB. The completed forms must be accompanied by a life declaration and submitted to the Social Security Office.
There is such an office in Phetchaburi and one in Prachuab Khiri Khan. You can find the latter as follows:
Follow the road to Pranburi – Prachuab Khiri Khan. At a certain point you will come to traffic lights, turn left (no traffic lights for that) to Prachuab Khiri Khan. Go over the fly-over and turn right as quickly as possible and follow the road, passing under a low viaduct (2 m), then turn right and then immediately left again. You then follow the road along the railway. Just before the station you should turn right and after about 100 meters you will see the office of the Social Security Office on the left.

The reception does not speak English and does not know what you are doing when you hand over the papers. After internal deliberation, another woman comes who speaks a little English and who also does not know what you are doing. Then point out to her that she must complete the form (I checked for her that everything is in order by checking YES) and then provide her name, date, office stamp and sign.

Finally, please indicate that the Social Security Office must send the items to the SVB in Roermond. Give her an envelope with the full address written on it. If requested, I did not have to pay postage costs. By the way: the ladies were very friendly.
