On Wednesday, May 20 finds in Wat Khao Tao — opposite Ken's Bistro — the memorial service and cremation ceremony takes place for:

Evert ten Houten
husband of Mali van Houten-Trakulsa

Evert was born on January 6, 1942 in Eindhoven and is on Tuesday, May 12th. on age 84 died in Hua Hin.

The meeting takes place in the Meditation Center of the great temple on the coast in Khao Tao.

Everyone who knew Evert is cordially invited to join from 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM to come and say goodbye to him.
We kindly ask everyone to at the latest 2:30 PM / 2:30 PM to be present, because that is when the commemoration begins.
The cremation ceremony takes place at 4:00 p.m. / 4:00 p.m..

Evert can look back on a remarkable and eventful life. His sudden passing causes pain to many. His daughter Rolien and son Martin will be present to say goodbye to him and to Mali and her sister Sali to assist during these difficult days.

Anyone who would like to say a few words during the gathering or share a personal memory of Evert can let us know before the start of the ceremony to Rini.

Afterwards, there is an opportunity to chat together over a cup of coffee and a slice of apple pie — Evert's favorite.
